Please be aware that Tousi TV will never contact you claiming to be from any department. All official correspondence is strictly managed via email, and only when a member has contacted us directly.

We will only reach out to members through:

1. Newsletters (for promotions or updates)
2. Push notifications via our official YouTube channel and mobile app

 

If you receive any phone calls from individuals claiming to be from Team Tousi or acting on behalf of Tousi TV, this is a scam. We strongly advise that you:

1. Do not share any personal details
2. Do not disclose your username or password
3. End the call immediately

 

Please also note that our technology and website management is handled exclusively by TAD Media. However, TAD Media will never contact you directly. Any calls or messages claiming to be from TAD Media should also be treated as fraudulent.

Your safety and privacy are extremely important to us. If you receive any suspicious communication, please report it to us immediately.
